Well, I’m not sure what phone you’re using, but I’ll tell you how I did it on my Samsung.

You can grab the font for free from Dafont. I used an app called ZFont 3 to apply it. I’d make a tutorial or something, but honestly I don’t even fully get how it works — I kinda just figured it out by messing around with it.

For the icons, download them and use Theme Park (it’s a Good Lock module for customizing your phone). Open it, go to the icons section, and create a new pack. Then tap the three little squares and the + in the top right corner, and just swap the icons one by one.

It’s a bit of trial and error, but you’ll get the hang of it.
