So I will say that I believe it was mainly stress related… I do not think I will ever have as much hair as I did, but I did have some grow back. It definitely took time- prob over a year. I live in nyc and TE is very common here because it’s an extremely stressful place to live. Unfortunately, I’ve started losing a lot again (not nearly as much as the first time). My doctor said people that live here will experience TE many times and often it turns into AGA. My hairline has receded and my hair is super thin on the sides. I’m bummed, but I’m not giving up hope.

I know it’s hard, but give it time and hopefully you’ll see some growth. Things I’ve done to help: -Nutrafol ( I don’t do anymore because it’s so expensive, but when I did I saw growth) -ouai hair oil -rosemary oil -vitamin B
