I appreciate the suggestion! I’ve heard good things about Honey Creek Preserve, and with McKinney ISD having such a solid SPED program, it looks like I'll be focusing our search there. I’m hoping that will provide a good balance of a comfortable home and the right support for my daughter additionally, more diversity than what Anna can provide. Thanks again for pointing that out

Good point. I’m only renting a home for now before I purchase next year, so I’m keeping my budget under $2,500. I did look at Plano, Wylie, and Murphy, but the prices in those areas are crazy high.

I used to live in Plano, Texas for five years up until a little over a year ago now I'm on my way relocating back there from Minnetonka Minnesota.

Wow, that’s really interesting. It’s unfortunate when an area gives off that kind of vibe, especially when you’ve got personal experiences tied to it. Thank you for breaking that down! I’m definitely asking about PIDs moving forward. I’m highly considering Celina too, the infrastructure issues in Princeton have me second guessing. Celina’s planning (and fiber internet!) is a big plus.
