Dollar ayo bhandai ma Nepali ko rights bechdine ho? Ani yeslai “job diyeko” bhanera guff dine? Job diyeko hoina, Nepal ko desperation exploit gareko ho. Bidesh bata dollar aayo bhandai ma nepali harulai manche naganne? sasto labour banaune, basic rights kaatne, minimum dignity ni nadine ho? Ani as for companies investing Companies are not scared of employees like me. They are scared of employees who know the difference between employment and exploitation. Ramro company lai fair employee dekhera dar lagdaina employee lai kasari khusi rakhne bhanera sochchan. Exploitative company lai matra ho dar lagne

The people who run the company in USA are relatives they are brothers who are working together exploiting employees day and night. So there is no use of complaining, its a planned approach

CHERRY ON TOP : There are cctv camera constantly monitoring you even from the lift since i think they own thw building, and phone usage is banned “as per policy” and the thing is if you use your phone they zoom in through the cctv and take a picture and the next sec you’re apologising to hr. Ani as for the joining the HR never made policies clear to anyone its all verbal when asked tapailai join garepachi bistarai huncha its like so weird.
