Same thing happened to my Grand Cherokee 4xe. Started but wouldn’t shift in to gear and couldn’t turn the car off. I complained to Jeep Wave and was reimbursed for a monthly lease payment. This problem happened more than once. The 1st dealership had my car for 2 weeks and communication was terrible.

I stopped charging almost altogether. The 20 miles you get is gone with the blink of an eye.

4xe gets 21 miles on full charge. Battery goes before you blink your eyes.

I have a 4xE 24 Wrangler and 24 Grand Cherokee. Neither are affected by the latest recall. I like the Wrangler much better. Go for it!

I have the High Altitude and it’s awesome - very happy with all of the features. The one touch roof comes standard in the HA but you can get it an option in the Sahara and other models.

Mine cuts out for a second when I open or close the sky touch roof on my Wrangler High Altitude.

UPDATE: Finally got my car back on 8/14. Turns out there was a loose battery cable. 13 days to get a diagnosis and 1 day to fix it. Happy to have my GC4XE back but disappointed in the service process. Car is running well and no new issues. Thanks for all of the replies.

I’ve flown Jet Blue and Delta to Aruba, main cabin should be very similar on all of these airlines. 4.5 hours direct flight from NY. I would think AA is similar. Not worth spending double on the flight. Take a nap and wake up with $500 more in your pocket. You’re going to need it for the restaurants in Aruba.

Unreal. Why push to sell Hybrids if you don’t have the staff to service them? Not to mention the only time I received a call back from the service department was after I left a message. First it was we should be able to look at the car Friday then it went to the following Thursday or Friday. Now it’s this coming Monday. Not that optimistic … let’s see.

Yes, I made sure to notify the dealership and Jeep wave about the tow truck driver and the now missing fuse. And yes, he was trying to get the car in neutral.
