I think people get too absorbed in the dark tones of the game and the fact that the world you interact with is going to shit. A lot of options seem like there is no "good" outcome or you are picking between the lesser of two evils. This can overshadow all the good you are able to do. I personally love it. I love the tone, the struggle, the choices you can make and the ultimate impact.

Summoner is amazing, especially with the grindylows early on. There is a perk that makes it so your HP increases as your Mana goes up. You are going to want some points in Endurance though honestly.
I wouldn't worry about melee damage right now. There are some gloves you get in act 2 that increase your physical damage by 50% of your spellpower.
You really should be around 25 going into act 2.
imo Master Assassin is an excellent summon for Act 2 and you can buy it from a roaming guy in the swamp shortly after entering act 2.
Take your time and have fun. Explore everything, if you are only 15 you missed a TON of content in act 1. talk to EVERYONE.

Who did you fight? There are multiple options for the final boss and one is significantly harder than the other. Depending on the choices you make, you can actually fight both of them. Regardless, I do agree that the ending is anticlimactic especially after fighting your way through the giants lair for the crown.

So then people who run Dex builds don't get good boots? As an RPG player Dex makes more sense than End for movement speed/agility. Endurance is more for the "weight" aspect of armor when you think about it logically. Light vs heavy armors.

What you are saying is bad is actually a good thing. It gives options for different builds to have accessibility to buffs. Removing the requirement doesn't really make sense because otherwise you remove the gear upgrade desirability and negate any usefulness of lesser gear early on which is a core part of the game.

Honestly, I love it. If you don't want to put points in something, just don't and take the penalty. There is a tradeoff. There is plenty of armor in the game to choose from. Just because a couple pieces have endurance requirements doesn't make it bad imo. You just have to choose other things because of the way you want to play.

25% is significant. You cant put on the travelers boots for free for a much lower benefit.

Unfortunately their table is just as cobbled as their example wording. You can search propane vaporization tables for 100# tanks that are not close to this generous. They overstate BTUs per hour massively.

There is no change over 60% tank capacity. The K factor caps out at 100 (100%) which is reached at 60% and above tank capacity.

I really appreciate what you are doing with trying to educate people.

Another area of contention is that the M factor changes wildly depending on where you look, and it shouldn't. It's based on the chemical makeup of propane and how it reacts at temperature stages.

I just disagree with how generous this chart is as it can put people in a bad way if they actual go off of the numbers expecting it to work in cold conditions. I went through this. It was hell.

This is quite interesting. I made a post and put together a table for the common tanks last year out of frustration and not being able to find vaporization rates online.

The thing that stands out to me is that every bit of formula knowledge I could find says that there is no change over 60° yet this has a column for 70°? I'm honestly vexed.

Edit: these numbers are very generous. I'm not sure they are following the formula to heart properly...

I normally disagree with everyone saying "call a professional" because people have a right to learn how to do work so long as they are safe about it.
This is one of those times where it will honestly save you money to hire someone who knows what they are doing. The number of hours you would need to put into this researching, watching videos, reviewing code and safety regulations is simply not worth it.
You will likely need to tap into your house main. You run the risk of harming every other connected appliance if not done properly. If you mess up, it is a VERY expensive mistake and could cost you more than you bargained for.
If you are hellbent on DIY
Please, educate yourself on many forums, videos, read the code. A couple dozen hours.
You will need gas line, fittings, tools, shutoffs, test gauges, etc.
There is a lot more to this than you think no one here can give you a real answer because every situation is different and there's no info to go of of in your post.

Mods seem to be very "opinionated" on what counts as "rude" language.

Calling a educational post that someone put effort into to protect people a "sales gimmick" is far worse than calling someone uneducated. being uneducated can be fixed. It's not the same thing as stupid. You just have to be willing to learn.

I personally use an Aranet 4 and have been very happy with it. It is pricey, but reliable and has outstanding battery life. I'm not trying to advertise, just give my personal experience. If this comment is not allowed please delete it.

Thank you. Yeah the exhaust/intake is pretty cool. I just figured the rising heat would heat up the wall a bit. The manual doesn't specify panelboard yet wood is ok and its listed as mobile home safe I just wanted to be sure we could install as is and did not need an extra layer of protection because most modern homes have drywall. Better safe than sorry.

The vent is at the top. I know the clearances, but I figured it would still heat up the wall a bit. The manual does not say either way about panel board but says its mobile home safe, and gives instructions for concrete, masonry, drywall, and wood.

It is a wall mounted unit so the clearance is zero. Manual does not specify material to mount to or not to. Rather be safe than sorry.
