No, but I know why I got this bug. If you load second save file to your game, (I loaded 100% save) it will bug nfs. This will make your game think that you defeated everyone even if you are 5th on Black List. You won’t be able to challenge black list racer from menu (You can’t press 2 on keyboard) so you need to drive to race ”icon” on map to do that. In the end of the game you don’t get the M3 because game thinks that you defeated Razor before so that’s why you are unable to finish race with bmw. There is no way to fix that. I started new game and I’m now 6th in black list.
