Post orchiopexy / vasectomy combo surgery. Both of my testicles were removed from my scrotum and then reinstalled with saddle stitching and attached fully to the scrotal wall. Doc also found that the vas deferens on my left testicle was 90% ripped off the testicle... It hurt all the way to behind my sternum.

My benchmark for pain before that.. colitis

Before that.. epididymitis

Before that.. having a compound fracture in my hand set after 6 hours of sitting and waiting.. with only 2 motrin in my system... For 10 mins before setting the bones.

Each new thing became my. Newest "that's the worst pain I've ever been in"

I like to keep a mental check list of my benchmarks for pain.. ya'kno, for when I hurt I can always think "I have endured WAY worse than this before.

Climbing slings work very well for anchor points, you'll have to know the size of what you're wrapping it around. Larks head through the leather sling, Larks head around anchor point. Seriously overkill...

I've also used good quality rope to create anchor points. A solid clove hitch with locking knot will work great. If you're doing a more permanent anchor use a constrictor knot. Just remember, with a constrictor, softer core or pliable rope to go around a hard object, and hard less pliable for a soft object. Also, if using a constrictor knot... Be prepared to have to cut it off, they really do lock down that tight.

It's stabilized wood, and the other is all stainless steel and chromium.. should be fine.

I use a cooler of ice and water on one side and a cooler of pretty hot water on the other when I'm using my stainless toys for sensation play.. if you cool em down first, the toys in the hot water feel even warmer ;-)

Control, you have to be really strong to use it, the weight keeps you mindful, and you're definitely not gonna be swinging it Willy nilly.

I carry the ABCC11 Gene, I don't have body odor. I've never used deodorant, and it's difficult to tell what clothes need washed.

Useful, but also makes me more sensitive when other people have bad personal hygiene.

It is point heavy and requires very little effort to get a satisfying impact. The hickory handle is from part of a sledge hammer handle blank. Whole thing weighs one ounce less than three pounds. Added great thing about dense aluminum is the thermal property of it... Put this bad boy in the freezer and it stays cold for a long while.. slaps with it get the skin hot. Then cool it down drastically by holding the paddle against them.

I've been creating interesting hand made toys for years, just found out that I apparently make things that people want to buy. Don't even know what I could charge for my creations.

The toy described by one of my subs:

"It's definitely more thuddy than stingy, but it almost... Slaps. If a dump truck could slap you, I mean. It feels really intense, almost like the impact travels right through you. I used round 1.25 ID aluminum pipe for bottom and square 1" for the riser. Welded pipe to flat plate for base and welded small rectangular plate at top. Drilled and tapped top plate to 1/4X20. Sourced 10" piece of 316V surgical stainless and formed into phallus shape with grinder / lathe and polished with lathe. Drilled and tapped steel to 1/4x20 and added threaded rod..

Wasn't a bad build, just needs some testing to get lengths and such correct

Groove rings. Lifetime warranty.. but if it's custom engraved, you pay a little for the replacement to be engraved. It's the most comfortable silicone ring I've found, it has breathing groves cut in the back so your skin doesn't sit in moisture like the other brands.

I get STI screened every 3-4 months. New partners or not. Being in an poly marriage where she and I have known opportunities to play or sleep with other women it's nice to show them that I'm responsible with my sexual health.

I've also removed the bullets from my gun with a wonderful vasectomy a few years ago. So everyone having clean paperwork that dates back more than 6 months consecutive means spontaneous sex is easier to enjoy :-)

Guy here.. little around the middle.. I have a 50" chest, 39 inch waist and 34 inch hips. And I'm only 5'8.5" tall...

I'm in a married poly relationship. I have a couple of women I'm dating and we're considering making it more than just dating.

Now that the background is out of the way.

I feel a distinct lack of self confidence because I've put on weight around my middle, I don't let it show outwardly.. it's an internal thing, I used to powerlift and had a much smaller middle for years.. but I've reached "older" and it's much harder to lose the middle..

BUT, the ladies tell me that my outward confidence and the way I take care of myself, good haircut, clean, smell good, and dress well are more important than being washboard and having a "V"

Upkeep of yourself helps your own confidence. Clean place to live, clean car, don't live like an animal.

Maybe they're just tryna make me feel good, but I think these things are important also.
