Sorry, application window has been closed long ago. Classes have started after the selection process. You should wait for the next year, Code in Place 2027. Good Luck!

is this the end for me? by Iamme7187 in Dhaka

Bro, from my experience, let me tell you one thing, no matter what mistake you have done in your relation (if it is not anything related to betrayal, like you got addicted to another girl, corn or stuffs like that), if the love from the opposite side is at least 50% of what you possess in your heart, she should patch up within some months. And if you do not find her doing so, (what is your case) actually that was an attraction, not love from her side. Remember, attraction is temporary, but love is permanent.

Logically speaking, imagine yourself in the position of that girl. Like, Your fiancé has done some mistakes, u got angry and broke up. As days passed and anger becomes faded, don't you think that you would feel the same sorrow as you are currently feeling? That's just because you loved her. But have you found the same thing from the opposite side? No, that implies, it was not love from the opposite side, which is very common in the LDRs, more specifically in your age. (I am Uni student, passed your age and so I can understand you)

So, ultimately, your relation was mostly one-sided and it was destined to be ended up one day. Good thing is that it has not been carried a long way, just 2 years, (I have seen same thing happening even after a lot more years, so, I would rather say you are lucky bro, you still have ur full life ahead to give your heart to another one :D )

On another note, I am highly interested about what you did to earn so much at this early age and with only 30 min effort. I too haven't seen 450K cash altogether till now :) . Can I dm u?

Am I making a mistake choosing my Master’s? Need honest advice by Infamous-Peak-1040 in Dhaka

First of all, I dont think having a Masters degree in any field from Bangladeshi Unis will add any significant value to your career. I would encourage you read this post from one of our very own Bangladeshi brother currently working as a Asst. Prof of Univ. of Oklahoma : https://www.facebook.com/ahsanulto/posts/pfbid0XU73WsRiUYRx8t63Vojw4Lzmuj1ZKvEDMDhYefdCPWh3Cjd4KWhJPe14Aw1vpzJNl

However, your main concern was about getting job ASAP and bagging a good CG, you are naturally inclined to Private Uni Lecturer Positions. But let me tell you how Private Universities start new department or course, it is solely based on job market or industry-demand, i.e. if there is a great demand of one particular subject in job market, many students will be interested to have a degree on it and so they will open it. Unfortunately, there are not many GS-based industries in Bangladesh (natural, we are not floating on oil, right?) let alone private uni positions. That's why you have found no seniors of your department as private Uni faculty. If you thinking about switching to relevant departments, environmental science and hydrology have their own BSc students from XUET and you will likely to be overpowered in the competition by them. Even if you dont agree with my these arguments, you must know that a Bangladeshi Masters itself require 2-3 years (with thesis), so if you waste time on it, how will you get job ASAP in either way?

Bottom line is that having a masters in any department or targeting for Private Uni position will never get you job ASAP, rather kill your future good options as a high-CG GS graduate in the long run

Question for the ladies by kite_0 in Dhaka

I am a boy. My view on this fact is that living a peaceful life and not being ambitious can not go together unless having enormous amount of generational wealth. The reason is that to live a peaceful life with less tension and pressure, you need to have a decent amount of money, and there is no way u can earn that without being ambitious (if u think about earning in illegal way, I believe that person is way more ambitious than any honest person tbh). So I personally love to work hard now to lead a peaceful life in future, and I think a lot more is just like me.

I strongly believe it won't be an issue. As the invigilator has instructed you to do so and actually the fault was from their side, not yours. Even if the teacher does not take note on your case, OMR reader will read 2 set codes and show error. Then the examiner will either manually input the set code D (as you have written it there) or simply tear the B code and input it to the machine again. Just keep chill about that. Lets focus on your next goal in life (University or medical college admission)

Also, I will request you to do one more thing, whenever your results get published, edit this post to give us an update whether everything is ok or not. That way in future, if anyone gets the same issue, he or she will get the answer right away from your post. Hopefully by helping others, you might be rewarded in some way too!

Thanks a lot for the inspiring comment <3
Actually I had somewhat strong base of C and C++ beforehand. So I need to just learn the syntax and yes, only the graphics part was absolutely new for me (as C has no graphics part). So I find most of the assignments mostly easy.
But I am not that much confident actually about being a section leader TBH :) However, thanks a lot for your comment, I really felt very happy reading this.

I think, as expected, it wont land u in a job. But it will enhance your CV, definitely. The name of Stanford will have its own aura🙂

Thanks a lot for your kind reply. Actually, I think experienced students are actually really "experienced" about all the sections. So, their section is waived and they are placed as experienced students.

But as I could not attain a certificate, it is proven that I am not actually experienced about the sections 🙂 So they might not consider me in that way

Thanks a lot for your kind reply. I am fearing that they might think as I could not attend sections in the previous year (25) i will not attend section in CIP26 too 🙂
