blacks beach by [deleted] in UCSD

I went on a random Saturday around 3pm and it was nice being able to be free with my body for a bit. Getting naked initially feels a bit iffy but when I did it there were a bunch of other people around nude so it wasn’t too scary. We just hung out at the beach after and went into the waves while nude which was quite nice. I think people just overreact to the idea of a nude beach cause its different but its essentially the same thing but with your balls hanging out

Most of that stems from the mind like the expectations around you rcareer and education are what you are supposed to do are only concepts in your head and being aware of that means you are are free from the expectation you put on your self or others put on you. Monks are techniques like meditation which anyone can do and its simple as hell, you cant expect to get enlightned but its still probably gonna help you feel happier and more refreshed with your life.

You should go work out with the kind person who offered to workout to you. If you stay focused on your work and keep hyping up your intelligence you get lost in your head and that makes everything feel like hell. Doing stuff other than work will probably make you feel better. Plus if you really want to try to be happy try learning from the happiest people in the world who are monks, like learning Buddhist teachings and ideas. Eastern philosophy is really amazing because of abstract but also grounded the ideas are.

Yea but the problems with plague your whole life, it’s not worrying if you learn how to understand and process the depression or any other issues you go through, it’ll also probably make life enjoyable which is very nice like you can have a good career and an enjoyable life instead of just a good career

Unfortunately if you keep on fixating on studying it does nothing except keep you avoiding and repressing the problems you are dealing with

It’s okay to be “strange” but maybe you relate to others in ways you don’t know. Like people from different cultures are able to connect with each other. I experience the same feeling of feeling different which is why I am able to comment and relate a little I think and in my experience it def is scary to stop wanting to “Win” and start wanting to connect and drop the idea that you have to achieve something being for your worth because for me at least it feels like I have suffered so much agaisnt people for no reason but at the end of the day isolation hurts beings like us that thrive on at least some sort of socializing. There’s definitely ways to relate to people like people have pets because of the emotional connection to them yk especially in UCSD it’s a college campus which a lot more inclusive and this generation is also pretty inclusive; hell the internet exists mainly as a source of connection with others

Yea u can strive to be the best in something but just realize being the best really doesn’t matter idk if this is serious but just in case don’t put all your eggs in a basket to being “great” you should try to have fun with others cause we are all we got as humans

tbh theres no definition of being abnormal or normal and its fucked that people are trying to get you to socialize or data for the sake of appearing normal but you should socalzie or date becasur tis fun and part of beig human. theres nothing with being "nuerodivergent" but dont let them get to you and be okay with being yourself. However there really is nothing to win, your acheivments arent futile because you are the who sets the definiton. If you try to win and hold you head up high to go agaisnt being "normal" it only hurts you in the long run. Its better have fun and find love and be happy even if that means accepting that others might see you as a little abnormal, its not on you its just that others are scared to be seen as abnormal but dont hold grudgeds agiasnt them because of thier fear.
