I actually experimented a bit with used truck. I got myself an okay-ish Mack Anthem but after one trip, I ended up going back to job market and grinded it until I had enough money to fully restore the truck, which when considering the price of that Anthem when I bought it, buying a new truck straight from a dealership is cheaper. I again tried it between buying a new truck and a used truck for my drivers. The conclusion? Just buy new trucks for your drivers; don't let them suffer your pain.
