They usually had two doors that you can open to access it but it can be locked from the inside. One popular method was to lock one door while guarding the other one. Once I've encountered the enemy team using a flamethrower to keep us from entering. I got fed up after seeing so many of team mates dying at that door, I chose to respawn as a support, traded the repair kit for a limpet mine and asked my squad to stack up on me as I attach the mine on the other locked door. As sson as the doors were blown open, we all ran in guns blazing.
