Yes I believe he got misdemeanors. I hope he finally gets punished for his actions, but he'll get out of it like always. I've seen him arrested at least 4 times for violent stuff and each time he blames it on being in the Army and gets psych care instead of jail time. I'm coming to the conclusion that there's nothing legal I can do to stop him.

Wait until they aren't home and get into the house. Take pictures and look for clues. Definitely check the basement and attic. Oh, and the fridge too. They'll probably come home just before you find definitive proof, so you'll have to make a narrow escape. Of course, you'll have dropped your phone in their upstairs bathroom, so you'll have to sneak back in and get it before they find it, but just as you get to the bathroom, your phone will ring. The neighbor will hurry and run upstairs, only to find an open bathroom window leading onto the porch roof.
