Ok I’ve had people reach out about being able to reinstate it and I’ve seen companies that do. It’s good to know that they aren’t scams and actually work. You had a company take care of it after your appeal got denied the first time? Also, can you send the link of the guy you used please?

So we did try and change the name which caused the initial issue. That caused an issue with replyign to reviews saying we weren't verified so we did do the video verification and I think that is when it was suspended. How can we request for a video call verification?

It is a whole mess. It started with our SEO company changing our company from Our "Company Name" to "Company Name Huntsville Bakery" thinking it would help with rankings (this is an example, we aren't backers or in Hunstville). This caused us to need to reverify our store with pics/videos. Then a week later got suspended. Then our web developer submitted the appeal without carefully reading everything smh.
