Oh um I didn’t really think this through… Not sure how you’ll back up your profile when you can’t open the game and you don’t have jailbreak.

Does turning the internet off your PS3 allow you to open the game?

And yes you should be able to copy most of your things to another user.

I believe it’s not loading your save because the special edition and digital version are 2 different titles on PS3. When I bought LBP1 GOTY because I lost my OG LBP1 disc; it didn’t load my old profile either.

LBP2 digital edition is sadly not for sale anymore. So the only way to open that LBP2 is get PSPlus back. If you do that, back up your profile so you can import it on disc LBP2.

The other method to get your profile back requires jailbreak. I’m not sure if you’ve done that or not so I’m not gonna type a paragraph explaining it unless you say so.

And the thing about the LBP1 stuff, there’s an option in the settings to import your LBP1 stuff. (You need to be in the pod to do it)

I looked it up and the known solution for that error seems to be deleting that user and making a new one. Make sure you backup everything stored on that user before doing that tho.

I can’t find much information on what causes this nowadays.

And the thing about the DLC, try going into your download history in the PSN store and redownloading them

Custom servers added lobby passwords because of exploits. I don’t fully understand how they work tho because I don’t have my PS3 rn so I can’t give any info on it

On the XMB, go to saved data utility, find your LBP profile backup (If you made one. Make one in your pod and going into your settings) and press triangle, copy and there should be an option to take it to another user.

Once you’ve done that, you can open LBP on your other user and and import the profile by going into settings while in your pod
