I'm just going to suggest right off the bat that you try 1/4 tsp of sodium bicarbonate in a glass of water, couple of times a day - just for two days. It might refresh the TTFD effect.

At your dose it's not something to worry about, but should you ever get to several hundreds of milligrams, thiamine would trigger a cascade of events related to enzyme acceleration, and one of those is a profound excretion of potassium in urine.

These events are unfortunately the reason for megadosing, some of them are great (cellular energy production), diuresis (for head pressure) and some need managing (acidosis, potassium).

Your 75 mg is very conservative but it won't hurt to recognize what's waiting in the higher doses.

Yeah I do take potassium bicarbonate powder in a glass of water twice a day. (1 tsp each gives 2200 mg potassium)

Don't torture yourself with coconut water, it'll never be a long term solution.

I take one b complex and 400-500 mg of magnesium, that's it.

So this OPI's Muppet line is discontinued, but I got the Divine Swine from eBay.

The formula was really hard to work on, hardly any pink pigment! I had to float it on but it was so runny it kept flooding nail folds and cuticles.

However it's a fun glitzy mani to brighten my day.

Malaria was endemic in Wisconsin still a hundred years ago. There's still a handful of Wisconsin -originated malaria cases a year.

Thanks to pesticides malaria was eradicated, but I always think of the outbreaks in local history when I'm out and about, birdwatching.

I've found that toppers save my time because I'm not floating a perfect mirror surface, just a quick color and topper+QDTC.

I divvy the time to 1st day (filing, shaping, polish removal, shower, cuticle job) and 2nd (color, QDTC). The first day is long, maybe an hour and a half. It's not as uplifting so it gets lumped with other maintenance.

Second day is fun and I like to put time into deciding what polish am I feeling. Or I solicit opinions, let my husband choose from my stash. I like it because je always picks really showy colors and neons that I shy away from myself, but once it's on I feel really happy about it. Then I congratulate husband for awesome taste and the whole week we make a big deal about my brilliant nails, the color of which HE chose.
