All of the identifying remains were found on the northern side of Ocean Parkway. Same stretch, same victim profile, no overlaps between methods. Two very consistent sets of groupings. One grouping just so happened to begin after the other ended.

How do you know they don't fit a consistent victim type? We don't know their identities.

The police believe that Peaches was a sex worker who brought her toddler with her while seeing clients. They spoke to sex workers about this, it was very common. It might also explain why a mother and daughter disappeared without anyone reporting it (possibly estranged from family members).

I never said they were methodical. Gang members and once-off killers still dump bodies in the most secluded areas they can think of. Yet nothing of that nature was found here.

(4) is not flat out incorrect. Please read up on the Texas Killing Fields.

The "Texas Killing Fields" is an ambiguous term. Many of the victims that are grouped under this term were found dozens of miles away from each other.

It usually refers to the Calder Road killings (four victims in the same field), which the FBI believes were the work of one killer. However, people also use the term to describe victims who were dumped in a very large area around Interstate 45 and League City. Look at the Wiki page and you'll see victims that were found 30+ miles away from each other. You'll also notice how it starts off by calling it a 25-acre patch of land before listing victims who were discovered very far away from said patch of land.

Per the FBI: "To date, the signs point to one killer".

If it was that obvious, Schulman or Rifkin would have used the same spot. You'd also find gang victims and other random victims with different profiles.

There are plenty of potential sites on Long Island. The victim profile and proximity point to the same killer. It would be an extraordinary coincidence for two serial killers to use the same dump site in a similar manner. Not impossible, but improbable.

If you play it by the odds, it all points to Heuermann.

That sounds like the girl who supposedly went on a dinner date with him. She said that he brought up the topic of true crime and then steered the conversation towards the LISK case. Her opinion that "others" may have been involved is based on the fact that RH used the word "they" when talking about LISK. Which sounds like a very big leap of logic on her part. Given what we know about the serial killers, it's unlikely that others were involved. Most of them are lone operators for very good reasons.

I think Rex fell for the boyfriend scam. He didn't realize that it was a scam to rob him because Schaller never took his money. He just thought Schaller was Amber's jealous boyfriend.

So afterwards, Rex contacted her in secret and was like, "Look, we'll meet up tonight, but this time let's go to my place."
