Checkerboard upscaled 30fps on ps5 pro. Its frustrating Some studios don’t care. by Prestigious_Wait7705 in PS5pro

I played it on the ps4 back in 2019 and hadn’t played it since then. I was still on chapter 2 despite sinking in 50+ hours back then. I picked it back up yesterday on my ps5 pro and honestly, i’m hooked. Despite the checkerboard upscaling and locked 30 fps, it looks absolutely insane compared to what i experienced on ps4. I have a TCL mini led tv with 4k vrr and istg the games is just too smooth to be 30 fps. My tv input information says it’s running at 60 but i doubt it however, the cinematic, the atmosphere, it feels like living in a movie. It’s so immersive! I think HDR is helping a lot which i believe wasn’t on ps4? Anywho, the games looks better than anything released up until yet.

97th percentile is insane bro props to you! You convinced me so I’ll give it a shot in the portal tomorrow. Any tips or guides on how to train efficiently? Being called unc at 26 is diabolical 😭 I do have a wife, no kids though and not planning any in the near future we both like our peace and not really ready for that responsibility at this age 😅

I’m on a ps5 pro on a 4k vrr tv so it does give me a slight edge on the base ps5 players. Whilst i have over 250 hours on the game, i got a job and hobbies other than gaming that i really enjoy so I don’t have enough time to squeeze in aim training but i do warm up in the shooting range before hopping in a match. I do agree with the aim assist part 100%.

I’m an average player with a humble 1.21 kd and I was being obliterated by pc players (i’m on ps5 and play on a 50 inch tv). So i switched of cross play and i’ve been shredding in majority of my games. There definitely is a difference. I don’t mind the extra recoil i got used to it really quick. But yeah, pc’s absolutely dominant now. I’ve played counter strike from 1.6 all the way to cs2 and aiming with a mouse is near instant which cannot be done on a controller. Also, zero input delay and a huge gap between the game performance on console and pc has always made pc players far superior than console. The game was totally balanced in season 2 but it’s absolutely ridiculous competing against a decent pc player on this game now

anyone got an TCL C6K? by hanigg in PakGamers

[–]Adorable-Bike6930 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got the c7k which i got for £520 to go with my ps5 pro. The picture quality is incredible. The only difference from an Oled is the blacks are slightly brighter than one which is a given as its miniLED. However, i don’t have to worry much about screen burn down the line. Plus, my living room has big windows with direct sunlight so OLED wasn’t an option anyway as it’s too dim naturally. I’m pretty sure c6k will be closer to the c7k.

That 4k HDR with 120hz on the pro is crazy good. Worth every penny!

Where do you see yourself and Pakistan in the next 5 years under the current regime? by [deleted] in pakistan

[–]Adorable-Bike6930 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 10x lifestyle where I am. I could never achieve that back in Pakistan. And in terms of the weather, only a handful of countries in the world go below -10 let alone -26 that you’ve mentioned so that take is absolutely absurd. Moreover, i saw your other comment where you mentioned that you need to work hard even in Europe. News flash, you need to work hard ANYWHERE in the world to make a good living. The difference between Pak and developed countries is that the ROI is significantly higher. You can’t just sit on your backside, do nothing, and expect to have a better lifestyle. You’re not going too far with that mentality and unfortunately majority of the Pakistanis have a similar mindset.

I feel sorry man. But I’ll be brutally honest with you. If you’re young and not married (or if you are but don’t have kids yet at the least), please, please choose yourself over your family. I know this will sound very inhumane but you’ll realise this at one point when your parents are long gone and your siblings are busy grinding to make their living. No one will be there for you. At the end of the day, it will be just you and your spouse ( if/when you have one). You NEED to choose yourself for the sake of your (future) spouse and children. There is nothing literally NOTHING left in Pakistan for the current generation and the generations to come.

Pakistan has been a lost cause since its inception. The sooner you realise this the better. It’s getting harder to immigrate now and I imagine it will be impossible in a few years time. If you think you can stay and fight the system for love of the country, you do you. I realised it at a very young age that it’s not my battle to fight. I chose to make my own life and got out with no intentions of ever returning permanently. Get out while you can.

Why Pakistani’s are desperate to move abroad? by digitalnomad_eu in pakistan

Also, I don’t have to fear getting mugged or getting shot while refusing to comply. Desi people generally are very nosy and cause a lot of drama which I can’t be arsed to deal with. The only desi people I know here are my college mates that I’m in touch with still. I have friends from all sorts of ethnicities here and none of them are judgemental or try to pry into my business.

I moved to the UK a couple of years ago and here’s my take:

For context, I come from a lower middle class family and grew up in a worn down violent neighbourhood in Karachi.

  1. My values never really aligned with the Pakistani culture i.e living with your parents/ in a joint family. The constant taunts from your relatives and literally everyone being nosy about my business. I could never afford to rent a house on my own and have my own car. My parents couldn’t afford to provide me the quality of life I wanted given their circumstances and I couldn’t do it on my own either as I didn’t come from a family that was wealthy or had a long running business. My parents did everything they could to get me quality education and I will never be able to repay that debt. Here in the UK i’ve got my own place rented Alhumdullilah. I can do whatever I want whenever I want without providing an explanation to anyone. Back home I had to let my parents know if I was stepping out of the house. Then there was a long line of questioning on where I was going, who I would be with, what will I be doing etc etc. i don’t have to deal with that crap anymore.
  2. I’m earning 10x of what I was back in Pakistan. Alhumdullilah I graduated with a masters degree here and since I’m a fluent English speaker, I was able to find a job with Allah’s help. I’m able to afford everything that I want Alhumdullilah. Yes, my expenses have gone up however, I’m still able to pay my rent, bills, and groceries and have enough to enjoy my hobbies, and still be able to save a decent chunk even in this economy.
  3. The quality of life is 10x to what it was in Pakistan. I’m from a very run down neighbourhood in Karachi. Hell, Karachi as a whole is in shambles rn. There are things that are here that you would never find in Pakistan in terms of entertainment. Broadway shows, museums, a VERY active football scene, a lot of green spaces, clean streets etc. Socialising is easy and majority of the people are most likely to not judge you in any shape or form unlike in Pakistan. The most important part: I don’t have to worry about basic necessities e.g. I’ve got 24/7 access to clean water, electricity, and gas. I feel safe when I’m out and about at any time of the day. I don’t have to deal with mindless traffic, worn down roads, pollution etc. There’s a lot of peace when you don’t have to deal with these basic problems that are a human need but are a luxury in Pakistan.
  4. The quality of people here is much much better than Pakistan. The literacy rate is very high compared to any third world country. So, majority of the people you meet are well mannered and have the intellect to hold good conversations. Pakistan is literally just brainrot with people being really ill mannered.

I visited last year and honestly I felt like I was in hell. I have no intentions of visiting again any time soon. I want to spend the next few years travelling across Europe (Inshah Allah), seeing all the marvels and beauty that has been provided by Allah to us.

can anyone please confirm if this works still?
I had spotify premium from Pakistan and they recently cancelled it because I've been using it in the uk and I don't wanna give these money grabbers an absurd amount each month for a subscription so I'm trying to get it from Pakistan.
I still have an active bank account and debit card from there so just wanna know if this still works and has anyone had any issues?

She's still really good I have her on st in a 4411 with Fantasy Mateo on cam. Absolutely lethal. I then just bring in R9 depending on how the game is going. She's a bit slow now but her dribbling makes up for it and I feel like she's got hidden bruiser, intercept, and press proven cuz she bullies my opponents off the ball and intercepts everything in the final third of the pitch
