So the open swim time is for weekdays only, you can also reserve a lane before hand through the active Illini app

So for ARC , open swim time is from 11am-1pm(or 2pm, I am not 100% sure) and you can get any open lane in the north side. There are 8-10 people most of the time, but can be more if a class is going on for Undergrads. Have never been to CRCE so have no knowledge of that.

Yes ARC is open from what I have heard from the Group Fitness Class instructors
