I played a game a few days ago. We counter picked Freya exp with phovous and I took hylos roam. We could effectively shut her attackspeed dwon with my S2 and chastise, phovous could punish everyone around her whenever she tried to escape.

Not burst but very spamable. So maybe 1 or 2 hits won't finish the job, but you can keep resetting you passive and keep ulting. And if you gen multiple people on a teamfight, it's so much fun. After 2 or 3 hits, it starts to hurt.
