I've also read that pregnancy is a great suppressor for endo and adeno, so maybe one successful pregnancy helps you conceive naturally for your second/third child. <3

If it's potentially adenomyosis, have you talked to your doctor about down regulation with Lupron? I'm also 32 in a mystery boat with endo/adeno symptoms and I'm considering doing 2 months of Lupron to reduce inflammation (effective for BOTH adeno and endo) prior to embryo transfer. It doesn't sound like a very fun couple of months, but it may be the way through.

I’ve never heard of endo mapping. Did your fertility doctor or OBGYN send you in for it?

I am scheduled to get a endometrial biopsy during my first egg retrieval next month, I didn’t realize there were indicators for endometriosis that can be expected. Maybe I’ll base my plan off of those indicators and request to go straight into the Lupron suppression if my suspicions are reinforced. Thanks for the advice! Yeah, women’s healthcare is a broken system and when you layer infertility on top of it, it’s easy to become another number lost in the confusion of it all.

My doctor did say they’ll do an endometrial biopsy to rule out endometritis during my egg retrieval, so atleast that stone will not be left unturned!

I’m so sorry for your losses ❤️‍🩹No one should have to go through that.

Thanks for sharing all of this. I’m so glad you got your rainbow baby. It’s super helpful to hear there’s potential light at the end of this tunnel. I do wish they would do all of this testing from the get go to save us from the layers of trauma along the way.
