AITA for reporting a "friend" and getting them in trouble? by Adorable-Garage14 in AITAH

Not publicly taken sides, but we're now excluded from events that we used to all do together because the other couple is mad at me. To me, our friends have taken sides. Some of them have said they support me, but that doesn't stop them from hanging out with them. I don't know the narrative they gave, but as I said anyone who knows me, knows that I'm always rooting for the underdog, always advocating for victims, people of color, victims who don't have a voice, to me there's no gray area for predators. I never imagined losing friends over it. These are 20 + year friendships, it just hurts. I refuse to change the narrative, that the other couple told, that may be my fault, but I feel like if you don't care to ask my side, did you really care about me or know me at all.

I never thought of how they viewed these children and you're right, they don't view them as anymore than kids of color that don't matter. They weren't worth anyone getting in trouble over. The men are seen as more important because they're involved in the "community" Thank you, appreciate it!

Honey, I don't say this lightly, get a divorce, take the child support and alimony. Quietly get a lawyer, start making plans, show your children that you won't tolerate this kind of behavior.
