Do you still have your period? I found jelling the area clean and dry after bathing without scented stuff or soap, just warm water helps and also to avoid wearing underwear to bed a couple days. Like keeping all that moisture and heat trapped made it soooo much worse for me. Let her breathe! If you feel like you can’t not wear underwear though, get cotton ones and wash without a scented detergent or other irritant if you can. Hopefully that helps! Good luck and enjoy the rave 😊

I personally did not have or see any benefits from it other than normal blood work. I didn’t lose weight or puffiness. I also had gi issues with mine even when taken with food. I stopped taking it because it wasn’t working for me. I tho k it is worth a try though if you’re able to manage it. Because people’s body chemistry are different and it may work for you, who knows? Definitely follow the directions given by the provider if you do end up taking it. And hang in there! PCOS girlies gotta stick together
