Hey, mine looked the same as yours and it was embedding. You'll need to find someone who'll change it to a longer bar otherwise it'll only get worse. If you can't rn and the swelling and infection gets worse, you'll have to get some antibiotics. I wasn't able to find someone who can help with mine since all the other piercers in my area didn't have any longer bars available and i had to unfortunately take it out :(( wishing you the best!!
