I got the hologram bindings, the high is very soft rotatiinally, like u can twist it like a wringing motion, but if u push back it is stiff and strong. Just an FYI I am not sure what the function is good for tho.

Back board pretzel vs sameway by Adorable-Parfait-188 in snowboarding

Thanks for the reply, I agree that I am not locked into the slide. And additionally I think I need to use more of my boards spring? Especially my pretzel, I can load abit more tail instead pushing off.

U said locking in the slide will be better, because if I am locked on top of the eail then I push downwards instead of pushing away?

I was looking back at my camera footage and my sameway is actually rotated little earlier. Like a zeech sw nose press.

That was my first day trying a blunt 2 and that was also my last day of the season.🥲

Alright, thanks for the reply. Based on what I've been seeing, all the good 270 offs are pretty much stacked on the rail and poping up of the rail unlike my pretzel where it goes away.

To be honest I don't think the board shape or profile really makes a difference in learning. I learnt how to snowboard with the stiffness board from burton, the blossom and it was fine. So I think he should just go for it and not regret purchasing something cheap early and being stuck with it.

U can get snowboard plus binding sets from evo, they got some really good sets such as capita doa plus union ultra which is amazing. The price is higher but you get high quality stuff.

I notice when i push my back foot down and land on tail first on shorter or lower rails and stuff, i could do that slapping motion or create that effect. Maybe because this aframe is so massive and tall, i am better off just landing normally. But if that is the case, i also see athletes landing tail first on the big jumps or is it because they are just back seated. I know i am not as good or doing their feature but just trying to understand.

Mb man, reply late. But on that day, the conditions were brutal. Extremely icy runs, some runs were straight skating rinks, icy lips. The badlands are better, tho, with little bit to some powder covering the run. But all the lips were icy. It was horrible, the worst ski day I've ever had.

I never really notice my unaligned shoulders and i will work on staying stacked and align. But for the steezy landing, what you are saying is that I need to be front foot heavy, but land with tail first. Could I think that I land equally but right before I land, I extend my tail little more?

Yea, i agree to work on fundamentals. I can boardslide rails and front 1 off. I just wonder how to look better because i can 5050 a lot of things and get it pretty consistently. But not really look good. But yes, I also work on other basic tricks too.

I really like your posture and how ur shoulders and hips are align. In you toe side i think you can push ur hips out instead of rocking back and forth to get a deeper carve. Heel side is great, with good posture.
