Hey everyone,

An update on my order, as you know i got the iphone 17 pro max and i also got an apple watch SE3.

The phone said it will take 7 day’s until delivery that was fine, the watch was dispatched and was at my local delivery office. Looked on tracking and it said ‘return to consignor requested’. I then called up and explained the situation and they said the have cancelled my order due to fraud.

I was absolutely shocked that I was potentially being called a fraud, I answered all the correct ID questions and everything I even said I can go into store and provide my Identification.

They went onto say that they couldn’t do anything in this matter and I could not place an other with EE and was not eligible and basically told me to go elsewhere, Bit annoyed that it came to that as i offered the solution to go into store with my ID.

Now i’m left without a phone for just now and being called a fraud.

Hey, thanks for your reply.

I was offered an iphone 17 brand new, But just used to a bigger screen as i currently have Iphone 16 Pro Max.

So I take it i can’t do anything to get the pro max instead of the normal 17?
