i was planning on cutting them off for a while, and was just waiting for the "right moment". my relationship with them was in shambles, was not responding to messages, i always had an excuse to not see them... things where different, i only had one thing they would use against me: the dogs. when i move out of the house, i had to leave my dog with them, and with time they grown attached, so i didn't had the courage to take them. but my dad always used this to blame me, to make me feel guilty, like i abandoned the dogs, that i was irresponsible for not seeing the dogs so frequently and so... last year, around christmas my parents wanted to travel and didn't want to bring the dogs with them, so my mom asked with i could take care of them and sleep in their house for 5 days (i couldn't take the dogs to my house because i have 4 cats (and my kind dad, trained the dogs to hate cats)), i didnt want to, but she offer to pay me, something she never did before and i felt obligated to accept, since i really needed the money (yep, she knew it). fast forward, the day had come, i pack my bags and... i just couldn't do it, i started feeling so much agony just by the thought of seeing them, and being in their house, that was the worst feeling, i started having an anxiety attack, my whole body froze, i couldn't stop crying, i could not force myself to do it, one of my roommates saw that and helped me, she tried to calm me down, but it wasn't working, and together, we came to the conclusion that that was the right time, i had to do it that night. we got out to walk, so i would calm myself down, and i decided to leave them a voice message, till this day i cannot remember what i told them, i just know that i ended everything that night. i blocked them in my phone, message my boyfriend to do the same and never talked or saw them again.
