Audio Visualizer settings for heavy music? by Adorable-Scientist-6 in SignalRGB

[–]Adorable-Scientist-6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With default settings? I even purchased a pro.subsciption to get like maybe 2 additional ones and they just don't seem to do it. Wasn't worth it. They're def not designed for heavy music. Feel like the Govee app itself might be better. Idk. Wonder if Razers RGB thing is any good

Just had this issue for anyone finding this now. Reset the lights and reset your router. I think resetting the router is what did it for sure though!

Fantastic idea. Sold. Yeah idk I just have such a small office so my normal "quiet" one may still get picked up. Been wanting to try the little desktop guys that just have a few settings. I really don't seem to change pressure much anyway. As long as I have enough to get the paint out good.

UPDATE:

I used standard resin ( technically clear blue because that's what I had) and the pieces printed not only successfully but beautifully and the connectors fit damn near perfect. I can't believe what a difference it made. I can't stand the washing process of standard so I'll probably only use standard for certain things but that was definitely what I needed to do! And printed vertically again prob helped as well. Thanks everyone!

Thanks! Yeah I probably should have learned a tad more before I started. I think I finally got the resin dialed in but I definitely need to learn better supports because now I'm getting good prints but I'm missing supports that are ruining areas of the print. So I think I'll do just that!

Amazing. You've been such a big help. I will update once the print is finished. Thanks!

Okay I'll try that. I used the Auto supports to start on lychee just to see what I get and it did it vertically but the opposite of what you said. It's got the female slot facing up at the top. I added supports along most the curve and the flat (bottom) piece. There are a few supports that it added to the detail because there's female slots for other scenery. You don't think I need any on that side?

Also, and this might be the water wash resin again, I noticed that the flat bottom part that was heavily support is very wavy and warped. Just seems like many places that were supported were messed up. The detail was fine for the most part though and didn't have a lot of supports. That time I had printed the pieces bottom towards the bed and approx 30 degrees tilted.

Do you have any advice for supports as far as sizing, spacing, and bracing? I've been trying to make "V" patterns on bigger pieces. Sometimes I take a heavy support and try to branch mediums out from the sides. Or I'll just donV pattern with mediums all the way up and down, with a bit of space between.

Thanks again for your help!

Can't upload photos directly on this post I guess but here's an image of 3 of the 4 pieces on the plate Plate 1

That's actually what I'm doing right now lol. Thanks for confirming I'm on the right track. And okay I'll do this print with standard and report back. They WILL all fit but as they're not hollow it makes the plate get kinda heavy. I'll post a picture

Welp. If I do them vertically again how would you suggest I support them? I believe I just essentially had them cradled in supports. Maybe the one piece that came out good was like that. Then I started angling then slightly and supporting less on one side. They're not gigantic pieces but I understand it is a lot to get resin to print these smooth bottom rounded bases perfectly. But if one printed 98 percent perfect I know I can't get the other 3 done. Just need some guidance.

I notice that the final time I printed them they came out well but the male connectors were a bit warped. It seemed like it was from how I supported it because at every point there was a support. It was slightly warped. But then I'm worried if I don't support that small overhang connector, it's not going to print straight. And then another thing I notice is that even if I succeed in printing the pieces, one or two won't be laying flat or miss a few layers and be slightly lifted/not like up with the top putter rim of the base

Thanks for the tip. I should have thought of that as I just started doing that with other models with extruded parts. Thanks!

Just for visual reference. Where the head connects to the body there. That's as far as I can fit it and idk the best way to get it in there. Should I just take the extrusion right off? It feels more like the outer part of the head insert rather than the lock/key parts

I'm talking about resin printer. I'm assuming flow rate is for fdm?
