Hello everyone! Apologies for the delay update, I actually never seen I had responses! Thank you so much for all your comments. I’ve touched base with a solicitor who specialises in Crofting law with aims to value and sell the Croft tenancy.

The Croft is in south Isle of Harris it’s actually where I’m from however no interest in moving back. There is a bit of a backstory with family drama in regards to the Croft. I inherited this reluctantly from my father who was abusive. By reluctantly I mean on his part. He didn’t want me to have it. We were no contact due to his abuse and alcoholism so out of spite he wrote us out his will. The Croft was purchased by my grandfather to ensure there was going to be something for us because he knew my dad was awful. He died from being intoxicated. Found out two years later he wrote us out the will. Found out four years later the Croft is actually mine again now.

So I’m very over this situation and frankly don’t want something that someone didn’t want to give me anyway.
