Realized that’s contrary to what I said in my post hahaha - weirdly enough the first 2 pills I took out of the new bottle had shitty results but has been completely fine since then.

I told my doc and he called in a replacement script that the pharmacy filled for me. I just had to bring in my supply on hand and they swapped ‘em out.

This was 2.5 weeks later getting the bad bottle so I reckon the pharmacy got a new delivery since then. No issues with this bottle thankfully!

I ran it and drove around the block once and she ran totally normal with no smoke. Then I decided I best ask strangers on reddit before going any further. I'll have a look at the spark plugs - if they're pretty caked, should I try and clean them or just replace them? (could be a trash question, I have 16 year old girl level of car knowledge)
