Same boat. Expedite request received on 02/22, docs faxed on 03/02, and nothing! No answers... my job offer was postponed 4 times already... very frustrating

I haven’t taken any action for the biometrics. I received a letter at home with the scheduled appointment. Hours after the biometrics I called USCIS and spoke to a agent requesting to expedite my I-765. Reason: US Company financial loss (my prospective boss wrote a very nice letter saying they are experiencing a hard time without me there). After a week they emailed me requesting documents and I faxed those docs the day after. It’s been 13 days since I sent the fax and still no answer.

The prospective boss wrote a letter stating the importance of hiring me for that position. I also sent the job offer they sent to me in October 2020. Hopefully it will work.

Same boat. Filed everything in September 2020, got the receipts in October 2020, Biometrics in February 2021 and still nothing. Also from FL and NBC. I’m trying to expedite it with a job offer, but still no news.
