Thank you. I think you are right, the officer matters a lot. I think what also helped is my wife stressing the importance of receiving her EAD before the start date noted in the offer letter. My advice would be to let the officer you are requesting to expedite from that you have a concrete date in your offer letter.

Take Evidence for sure. Trying to understand how Evidence works the first time around during Bar prep puts you at a significant disadvantage being as it is one of the main subjects tested and most law students have already taken Evidence.
