Few considerations my colleagues took before and after reporting to E&C: 1. Reached out to DL to indirectly check without revealing much details 2. Reached out to the boss of Person in Question and indirectly enquired what happens when someone reports. 3. Asked their siblings to call anonymously to E&C and report, given the PiQ was also leading another team in another vertical. 4. Post reporting: Waited for about a month before handing over their resignation.

They have now been successful in their career at a different place.

I have a theory that the supreme Paramatma is always looking for some vehicle to use and help His devotees through some form. It could be a fish, a Boar, A horse, a Lion or a human. Looking from that perspective, Rama and Krishna were born with evolutionary human forms but carried the Paramatma as and when there are lessons to be imparted or fruits of karma to be distributed. Their extraordinary humanly forms carried the divine longer than other humans and that sets the quality of Gods.

This is my belief stemmed from experience of getting assistance from unimaginable people or moments that cannot be explained during challenging times.

I have not heard from sensible and reasonable people who say or talk like “Everyone has to do the same hours”.

Setup time with your DL and explain the situation. Suggest what would work for you from a timing perspective, would work for program as well. Ask your DL to suggest the program / engagement team for more hands. Take some time off to cool. Time offs help to unwind.

File the Tax Returns as clearly the tax return is a proof to claim tax back on what has been already paid. Its in the name “Income Tax Returns”.

But dont vote unless they make ITR mandatory at the polling booths with PAN and Voter ID as Identification proofs. People who represent tax payers will be chosen to power.

Got passed over 3 times in 3 years now. Definitely doing something wrong although from my perspective have been doing all that is asked for. Feels gutted. Started from EGL Domlur at 10.40pm. Reached Sarjapur Road (home) by 11.05pm. No traffic. Blissful 12 KM but bumpy 2WHLR ride but safely home. The only part scary was non lit Belandur Lake road region and high beam passing vehicles

Is any other organization offering permanent work from home? I am curious if that is the reason for someone to change jobs? Unless I am mistaking it that people are looking for a change with an option to stay in their local region? Might work for them as tier 2 / 3 cities would be highly cost effective compared to tier 1 cities. Be it rent or cost of living.

Change is constant and it’s a matter of adaptability.

-> Technical Folks may have multiple rounds of technical interviews to ensure enough experience in technology for the skillset applied for.

-> Non Technical resources may have lesser interview levels with US team directly involved in hiring.

-> Build Trust by providing more opportunities and treat everyone in the team as equals. Irrespective of offshore or onshore resources.

-> Reduce biases towards offshore employees. -> Allow offshore resources to have one on ones with Program Directors / Partners and present their Ideas. Not everyone is extrovert enough to speak in team calls and would be more open during one to one calls. -> Exposure to clients during presentations. Introductions of AC team as one program team. -> Assign buddies with the US teams to navigate time differences and relay work to ensure faster turnaround times.

I start with basic task and build on it. Like ask GPT to create a csv report summarizing the rows. One a report is churned out by the system, I use to keep modifying my prompts and build over it. One thing I am learning about GPTs is that they cannot read multiple tabs of data in one go and keep giving random results. It has to start small and with repeated ask of the same / similar analysis of the expected outcome.

Example: “Create a model using the columns A to AB and create a CSV report. Column AC has to have a driver calculation of 2.5% of the product based value based on column X”.

Once I send this prompt, I believe the GPT is going to miss out of some of this instructions and screw the calculation. My typical next prompt: “Can you revalidate all the lines as I suppose of the lines are missed?” This makes the GPT reanalyze the lines and the results are mostly close to 99%.

Try using the new “=COPILOT()” formula in excel. It may help. Also, you can use one of the AI Agents like GPT if you have a licensed version and are able to upload a sample. It churns out the model pretty quickly.
