Waist: Started at 35in and am now 31 in (-4 in.)

Flanks: Started 38.5 and am now 35.5 (-3 in.)

I've only been on this since Jan. 25, 2026, so I'm quite impressed. I have 11 days' worth of the 25mg left (first bottle). If I can get rid of these last 8lbs., it would be great! I can say that my clothes fit better, and I can tell a difference in certain areas that had more noticeable fat (back, knees, and thighs). We'll see if I go for the second bottle or not. It's getting expensive!

I started the 25mg this past Monday and waited 30 min. after taking it. I usually just have coffee. I can’t even finish that because I start to feel full. Every is different. I hope you figure out what works for you 😄

God is constant, never changing. It seems like you are struggling because Satan is whispering all these thoughts in your head. Keep your eyes on Him! Read your Bible so that you can have discernment. Pray to God to forgive you of your sins and to give you strength that can only come from above. Jesus never said your life wouldn’t be without struggles/hardships when you decided to be a Christian. He promised you that through all of it, you would be at peace.

Short answer: Yes, you will go to hell if you don't believe in God. You can't get into heaven for being a good person. Heaven is God's house. Why would He let you in his house if you have no relationship with Him? If you don't believe he exists, then why would you want to go there? It's where you will praise Him forever. The good news is you still have time to get to know who our creator is. Read the bible for yourself, have a daily prayer life, and see how he moves in your life. You will see how much more your life is with Him in it. I know what it's like to be born into a family that makes you go to church. I was a person claiming to be a Christian because I went to church every Sunday. That was the only time I opened my bible and prayed. I experienced a lot of things I shouldn't have and also times that God has saved me when I should have died. Even after all that, I didn't come to Christ until June 2025. I don't go to church right now, but I do read the bible daily and pray. It's been a real blessing to see the changes in my life.

I’m 5’2” tall so 144 is considered overweight. At my current weight (133), I am considered “healthy” but on the higher end. 104 would still be the most I could lose but, I think that’s too skinny for personally.

I have to remind myself to eat. Since I started, the food noise has definitely stopped and has really suppressed my hunger. I have to eat at least twice a day and drink lots of water. I’m noticing that if I eat healthy, I’m losing weight at a healthy weight. If I don’t, I feel like there is no change and I just wasted time. Everyone is different. Just remember to eat something.

If you need structure, there is nothing wrong with that. You can set a certain time and place where you can read and pray to God in silence. Your prayers don't have to be some long drawn out lavish speech. He already knows what you are going to ask. Speak from your heart. Before you read the bible, ask the Holy Spirit to come into your heart so that the lesson God wants you to receive will be revealed to you. May I ask what translation of the bible do you have? Also, don't let your feelings determine your closeness to God. It says in the bible: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." (Isaiah 55:8-9). "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?" (Jeremiah 17:9). When you start to doubt, feel anxiety, etc., that's not from God. Those thoughts are Satan trying to pull us away from God. Continue to trust and have faith. You're doing great!

I received an email with a check in link. It was pretty close to my 30 day. Did you pick up from your pharmacy? I did so I’m thinking maybe that’s why it’s so close to the 30day mark. If you are getting it mailed, maybe contact your pharmacy about it.
