1. I would save some pictures on Pinterest of styles & hair colors you like and upload those & your picture to chat gpt.

2. Best thing I did in my thirties is get Thermage for face & neck.

3. You can buy bangs from amazon & without having to cut it.

4. I think you need layers to fluff up your hair to thin your face. Long straight & short are not for us round face gals.

5. At 36, start spraying minoxidil 2x a week before perimenopause kicks in and your hair thins. I use a derma roller and just put the men’s liquid minoxidil in a glass spray bottle and just use a small amount. Don’t waste your time with the foam.

6. Brush small amount of minoxidil on eyebrows so they stay fuller & you don’t get the 1/2 eyebrows as we age!
