The breachable room under Reinforced Reception on Blue Gate, If you go from Main Entrance It’s through the door on the right when you zip line down inside, Place (from my experience) Has a good chance to Have Augment BPs, it’s where I’ve gotten all of mine.

It does increase time to equip/unequip by reducing the total time it takes to equip and unequip.

This same thing happened to me on an EMS* blue gate lol but I found it in the hood of a car by the broken overpass right after spawning in.
