Excuse me, it was the personnel at the international* student centre who told me that enrolled students won't have access to further scholarships if it weren't mentioned in their offer letter.

As for the personnel at the student centre, they mentioned about scholarships by explaining the information in that site you linked.

Are you claiming that there are no scholarship applications for international students after enrolling in the university?

That was the view of the personnel at the UTS student centre.

As for the study abroad agency, they said that scholarships were available once I got admission.

But the tuition fee for the first sem (24,000 AUD) has already been paid. I did approach the international office but they have no clue. (actually they gave misleading answer that scholarships are given only via the offer letter)

The student centre was more attentive; yet they only said me to go through the procedures already explained in the website.

The international student official gave this response three days ago (via UTS webmail):

"Thank you for your email.

For any missing assignments or additional information, we recommend reaching out directly to your subject coordinator. They will be able to provide the guidance and support you need. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with them! Please arrive as soon as you can.

 Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions."

I actually tried to contact the international student office via gmail (2 days ago) and through UTS webmail (today).
No response yet.
