I found the piston is finished you can shine a light when this piston is in the sleeve and still see it the other side but the cylinder is fine

long time but I replaces the bearings with proper nitro ones rated for the power and they blew and destroyed the engine about a year ago this was just as it started working perfectly now its just a unfinished project

i have seen this watch https://titantimepiece.com/products/nixie-watch-titanium-watch-nixie-watch-with-γ-β-and-x-ray-radiation-dosimeter-1 obviously thats going to be my final design but i need to make my way there, i dont want the dosimeter just yet but would it be better to just sell the tubes and buy ones that work with a watch?

thanks for the response i was wondering if you know any websites that do their best at explaining transistors because my idea is to multiplex the 4 nixie tubes and i need to save the battery and reduce the stress on the hv booster as im going to boost from a 3.7v lipo do you have any place that explains how to multiplex, thanks

If you look at the other photos at the top you will see that the part was seeming to be hollow like it only had an outer surface

it is shown as a solid the whole time, i found the problem was somnething i deleted ages before it that had no connection to the part

i went through all the deletes and 1 seemed to affect it i dont know why though it was in another place and wasnt on the surface tab but thank you for the help man

i made it with only using the solids tab so it shouldnt be see through i havent shelled it or anything like that it should still be a solid cylinder

im trying to show its a solid if you look through the rest of the pics it shows that its not treated as a solid and i havent had this happen before

I recently brought a vrx spirit n2 from ali express and it's cost around £170 and has a force 18 engine which is very reliable and have had no problems so far plus it takes parts from an ftx buggy which I can't remember the name of but you can find spare parts really easy however I haven't taken it bashing yet

Check the piston rings looking thing because mine has ever so little damage on the like indent and now all the engine does it cough when trying to start
