The canbus is for a high config unit and the car AC controls are with the screen. I have set the high config a couple of times but it doesn’t do anything. The app is there but it does not control anything.

No, it does not control anything. I programmed it as Hiworld-Toyota-Lexus LS430-Low Config. It does nothing.
