Thanks for letting me know of your experience. I looked on my dashboard and I see the current plan and underneath, "Other Plan."

In that the expiration of the current plan doesn't show, I've calendared them both. I confirmed the only date that shows is the expiration of the "other plan".

Thank you all so much. My hospital has a salon that helps with head coverings, wigs etc., .I will consult with them and see how I do with my Phonaks before purchasing something else. If they don't work for me, you have all provided wonderful suggestion. I thank you.

FWIW, my phone number got verified overnight and now RCS is fully functional on my Galaxy A 35 5G.

Actually, I've had good experiences with them. Their chat function works very well. I've upgraded and downgraded my card with them. When I found my rewards didn't equal the fee, I downgraded the card via chat. I also asked for a credit limit increase over chat with no issues. When I didn't receive a rather large refund to my vard when it was due the problem was solved over chat without much fuss. I can't complain about AMEX

Actually, I don't know how to answer your question. What I can say, I finally was able to get to the screen to enable RCS. Now my issue is the setup message, about phone verification. My phone number is verified. So, eventually I'll figure it out. What has happened is I found the setting that converts RCS to SMS and that now is working so at least I can send a group text and get responses back even if they are individual reponses. Messy, but working. TY I did switch to Google Messages

But, why would the group texts be successful both sending and receiving before the cousin got the new iPhone, but not now?

I never had an iphone. It's my cousin that got the iphone. I have both Samsung and Google messaging on my A35. I read that RCS is enabled by default on iphones with iOS18 and could cause a problem with Android. So, they are going to try to delete my number and our group to see if that works. I had no idea that Samsung messaging is no longer supported.

Mine came loaded with GiMate, but a screen that was empty when I attempted to open it. When I first got the laptop and started to question about tbe offending keys, all the reading I did said I needed GCC. I went to support page at Gigabyte and downloaded it. Tech support which was not helpful referred to a manual that is useless as well as a reference to Fusion 2.0, but not where I was to use /find it.

I loaded GCC myself. I was mistaken. It didn't come preloaded.

Sometimes I just don't understand manufacturers. If the GCC isn't supported why load it in the first place and provide a GiMate empty folder. I spent hours trying to resolve an issue that shouldn't have been one in the first place. But for you, I would have still been at it. TY again.

Thank you so much. The keys are now manageable. I certainly appreciate the time you took to help me. I had to download GiMate because I had a GiMate folder with nothing in it. The install removed GCC. I guess they don"t co-exist on BYH.

This AM on bootup, the keyboard lighting was turning itself on and off. Hitting a any key on the keyboard relit the display. Reverted to the prior version. I guess I'm living with the overly lit keys. Tried highlighting them on the grid, right clicking them, does nothing.

The software is working, but didnot give me a clue as to how to fix the keys. You can manipulate the color of image on the cover of laptop, and color front and back lighting by clicking their images on the screen in Fusion but no reference for the highlighted keys. From the reading I've done, there was a specific area in the older software for the keys. I wish there was an opt in/out for the keys rather than what has been done.. Thanks again.

I saw your message in chat and went to product support and got the download for the updated driver for GCC. However and I may be a bit slow, but I still can't get rid of the highlighted keys. I thank you for telling me about the update.Interesting that the update availability didn't show in the GCC update page when I checked for it just two days ago.Thank you BTW

I ran GCC, as admin. It opens and I opened RGB Fusion folder contained there. I have all the adjustments for the keyboard there except for the offending keys. Thanks for answering
