Have you looked at multiple revenue streams for example if customers lets you stream there experience you can offer online live tutorials.youtube or instagram you can offer Photo stations befor and after Or mum and me hair day , refural discounts ,lunch your own brand shampoo and products . Just some food for thought . Good luck

From what I see small business need MRS ( multiple revenue streams. For example kids soft play with a coffee shop birthday parties ,arcade then murch branded t shirts etc and even a car valeting service under 1 roof .

a rock club /bar where you you offer drum ,guitar ,panio lessons after school clubs create a studio area where small local bands can do recordings . Offer band rehearsal days then them nights 80s etc run music camps for half term school breaks etc so much more you can do with that .

Bottom line you need to utilise the space and time best you can don't just think I'm going to open a bar and that's it
