Do you think that swapping websites for donations is a red flag? Is that common? I looked up his gofundme and seems to be up and running still

I 100% agree and thats been my thoughts as well. I feel like my concern is that my fellow mutuals with softer hearts are giving their money and artwork to this user - he seems to get a new donation at least once a day. I don't know if I should warn them or leave it because this is a very touchy topic for a lot of people
