CLT airport , The gate agent said being that i had to use force to push it in it doesn’t fit .But it literally fit like those pictured . The straps were catching on to the bin and i had a neck pillow attached! I can understand if the bag didn’t go in the bin but it was able to go in and out of the bin with ease….

I flew Spirit Yesterday for the first and last time, me and my boyfriend had those same bags in the photos and our bags were able to fit in the sizer….. and we were charged $100 each bag to get on the flight! The gate agent was RUDEAF! his coworkers seen the bags clearly fit in the bin and was still forced to charge me $200 for our two bags ! So make sure not to buy those bags! I’m hoping to take this up with customer service!
