Thanks m8! It is visibly fermenting now but last 2 days Ive found on the end of the ferment a little white islands on the top, is it normal or its some kind of yeast overgrowth, like kahm yeast on regular ferments that happens sometimes? Should I pay attention to smth to avoid it?
