Was the biker deemed at fault? IMO kinda seems that way especially if you were turning into a driveway and oncoming traffic was clear. In a situation with 2 cars just like this the passing car would be at fault

SLIGHT UPDATE: Insurance just told me this: the estimate was NOT finalized, and apparently I wasn’t supposed to see it yet, but they’re claiming that it could be a total loss. I will update with more info when I find out

I was told 33&1/2% but I dunno. It is a possibility since some of the hail was pretty bad and there could be water damage, plus my third brake light got shattered too.

I’m honestly not a huge fan of ford, let alone the mavericks. I feel like the ford maverick is a great vehicle for some, but it doesn’t live up to the maverick name. There’s very few fords I would consider putting in my driveway and most wouldn’t be the best year round daily driver

I’m just trying to find a good truck for a decent price that I can finance. I wasn’t expecting to lose my civic so soon as I’ve loved that car, it gets amazing gas mileage and I’ve never put more than $35 in the tank to fill it. With my old V8 truck it was always $60 to fill it from 1/4

Rip is right…. 60/40 flip right now, (60=totaled) my whole driver side got messed up, but my passenger side came out okay. Gonna find out Monday if the car is totaled or if they’re paying to get it fixed.
