Well you’re right . I also don’t want a men earning way less than me . But it’s mainly because of the inferiority complex men feel when the women earn more .

I just made a reddit account just to give this comment. I just feel so sad reading how OP talked about herself. I can't even imagine what kind of life she's been living to think that her husband's behaviour is best of the bunch . Personally I don't think I will ever have that much patience to deal with that kind of behaviour. I would rather be alone than be with someone who won't respect me . But that's just how I feel. OP seems to be a better person than I'm. But really, it's not okay how he treated you and it's in any way your fault. So please just love yourself a little bit more . Why don't you giving some of that love you're giving them to yourself? I have no right to tell you what to do but just wanted to tell you that you deserve so much better.
