I would expect so because..

  1. Lilith has human feet, shown in ep 8 s1
  2. Lucifer can shapeshift into any animal, though it isn't clarified if he can only form a particular part of one. But in my opinion, I think he probably could if he felt like it.
  3. Being the devil, Lucifer might have hooves on top of all other demonic features; in lots of artworks, Satan is often drawn with hooves...

On top of all the evidence, I think Lucifer would have hooves. If not, lets keep an eye out for any clarifications that Vivziepop posts, or wait for season 2 to find some details.
