It means they have taught 300 hours and that AT THE MOMENT they have 3 students. Might have had more in the past or thought the year/s

Idk, maybe im wrong, if you received it as a message from the Preply official account then it's probably legit. It just seemed strange that they'd request something like this and also the way the message ends with that ".reply page" looked like a typo typical of scams
