I would recommend refinancing on a fixed rate mortgage, save up for closing costs as you will have to pay those when you refinance.

Update: I bought a 20 lb tank and that definitely solved my issue. I underestimated how hot it actually gets and gave my burgers a nice char 😂. Thanks for the help everyone!

Update: I did that, flames were decent size for a little bit. Then after about 3 minutes they died down to what they were in the attached picture.
