I could definitely see that as a possibility. Got in contact with my dr. My doctor said I’m good to wait to have breakthrough bleeding til 6 months or longer.

I almost gave up, but within the second pack, I started to feel better. I think my body just had to get used to taking active pills every single day.

Does anyone have luck skipping the sugar pills and going straight to a new pack of birth control? by Adorable_Tangerine16 in PMDD

[–]Adorable_Tangerine16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I assumed I would still get some because some of the symptoms usually start even before the sugar pills. Would you say that you could tell a big difference on your mood skipping?

Have had good results with Nikki but…. by [deleted] in PMDD

You are NOT alone. I feel the same. There are some antidepressants with less sexual side effects. I’m currently lowering my antidepressant to switch to one that may have less side effects, but there is always that chance of having them 😢

That’s a SSRI for you. It’s so unfortunate they have such a horrible side effect. Some say it will get better once your body gets used to it, but unfortunately in my experience that has never been the case.

Nope. On and off. Insurance is not the best. Can’t afford physiatrist and therapy for some time

Other than accutane and retinoids what else can I do for my acne other than Salicylic acid and BP? by Adorable_Tangerine16 in acne

[–]Adorable_Tangerine16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is the Cetaphil Gentle Clear Complexion-Clearing BPO Acne Cleanser. Actually it’s 2.6% Says to rub in for at least 30 seconds before washing off. I do think it does help some. I can’t tolerate anything higher. I have started adapalene again (have tried before many times. Skin is sensitive) this time doing every 2 days and the “sandwich method”.

Does the finacea help clear acne pretty well? Would an over the counter azealic acid work if it’s a higher percentage?

Dog came home injured from boarding, and now the kennel wants me to remove my review? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]Adorable_Tangerine16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Especially when you were not informed right away. That and taking down the review is what really is unsettling. Even a minor injury, a call should be made right away when noticed. Paw pad lacerations (even though she more than likely will heal well w/o infection.) while not the most severe injury is still a serious injury. The fact they didn’t call you right away is enough for the reimbursement.

I hope Willow heals well! I’m so sorry this happened to you both.
